Usage of it is totally free.


Installation and configuration:
After zipping the file up just change these three files

1. inccard.asp:
The first three functions need to be changed to match your configuration. 
Follow the instructions in the file

2. sendit.asp:
Modify it so it sends mail using your own email component. I'm using JMailer. 

3. admin/includelogin.asp
There are some hardcoded userIDs and passwords here. Change them to whatever you want.

There is a admin GUI /admin directory.  Go to admin/admin.asp and you can setup new cards/categories etc.
